Reformed HILIIT powered by Lagree™ is an upscale concept based studio that is the first of its kind in Gwinnett County.  We offer the newest fitness training called Lagree Fitness™.  Lagree Fitness™ is powered by the M3K Megaformer™.  Our classes are led by Certified Coaches.  

The Megaformer™ is the first machine to effectively combine strength, endurance, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility and core training not only in one workout,  but in each and every move.  Our Coaches implement HILIIT, High Intensity Low Impact Interval Training which focuses on strength and conditioning.  This works all muscles while minimizing stress on the connective tissues and joints giving you a zero gravity effect in a 45 minute workout.
