About ARCpoint Labs of Atlanta-Northeast

My name is Monte McDowell, owner of ARCpoint Labs of Atlanta-Northeast. We are a full-service provider/administrator of accurate, reliable, and confidential diagnostic testing for individuals, employers, and legal and healthcare professionals.

After spending nearly 30 years in industry in a variety of human resources leadership roles, I desired to own a business that would allow me to use some of what I had learned in practice from an employer standpoint. In addition, my wife Lorraine, a family nurse practitioner lends her expertise and serves as our lab director. In this business, I have found an opportunity that has launched legacy of entrepreneurship for my family. The transition from the corporate HR world to the entrepreneur world has been and will continue to be a challenging and rewarding venture. As a small business owner, I look forward to continuing the process of providing excellent service, growing our business, and being a blessing to others.

For individual consumers, we offer cost-effective lab screening options for those who want or need to know. For employers, we provide screening solutions for compliance, risk mitigation, and overall safety. We began operations in January 2021 by offering Covid-19 testing and vaccines. We have since added DNA testing, clinical lab work, physicals, and toxicology.

What makes ARCpoint Labs unique is we do what others won’t or can’t do. We are mobile, flexible, and have a client focused approach. Though our current lab hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, we are able to provide service after hours and on weekends by appointment.
