Lisa Guadalupe Clarke is the Founder and CEO of ATL Search Group, a staffing minority certified company focused on diversity and inclusion. Lisa was born on Long Island, NY and raised in Jucuapa, El Salvador during the civil war. Lisa has over 26 years of experience in Staffing and Human Resources. Her passion is to help people find the right opportunities and companies find Rock Stars! ATL Search Group is a DBE, Minority and Women-Owned Certified company specializing in placing skilled bilingual and non-bilingual workers in Executive, Office Support and Light Industrial roles.  Lisa mentors her employees to do their very best each and every day.  She has accommodated schedules for working Mothers to make sure they have the best of both words.  As a company, we are one big family.

 Community Volunteer Experience: Lisa is a member of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2022, Leadership Georgia Class of 2019 and has appeared on various television, radio and media panel discussions in English and Spanish. She is a leader in the Hispanic community for the U.S. Southeast region. She served as the ALPFA Atlanta Chapter Past President and as a Corporate Advisory Board Member. Lisa was a Co-Founder & President for the Women Breakfast Series in English and Spanish and and Board Member for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Lisa served as an Advisory Board Member for the Emory University- Goizueta Foundation, Inc. and the Gwinnett County Public Schools Advisory Board Member for the Hispanic Mentoring Program.  Member of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund Atlanta Chapter Advisory Board Member.

Awards: The Servant Leadership award from ALPFA National at their National Convention in Vegas; Diversity Award from Women of Golf Mean Business. Lisa was a mentioned Honoree for the Latina Style Magazine Top 50 Award Ceremony & Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington D.C., Business Women of the Year and One of the 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia by the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Distinguished Service Award from the National Minority Trucking Association. 

Founded in 2017, ATL Search Group is a 100% woman-owned, certified minority contractor with over 34 years of experience in staffing and human resource management specializing in helping employers with D&I initiatives, placing bilingual talent in professional, skilled and unskilled positions.  We source well-qualified staff that requires minimal training.
