Daily Life at Brookside Stone Mountain

Brookside Stone Mountain has programs available for a wide variety of residents, ranging from those needing only minor assistance with activities of daily living to those who may need more help.

Our goal is to keep our residents socially, spiritually, physically, and mentally engaged. Nothing is mandatory; you choose the things you want to participate in. Just a few of our regular activities include:

• Bingo, Pokeno, horse race gaming and group crosswords (at no charge to play!)
• A library full of large-print books
• In-house movies
• Art and crafts projects
• Resident and staff birthday parties
• Weekly Bible study

• Regular shopping outings

There’s even an on-site beauty shop/barbershop.

We also offer a separate and secured community specially designed for residents who may have Alzheimer’s or dementia.

This community features enhanced care 24 hours a day from a dedicated and loving staff.
