Changing Lanes Foundation

Changing Lanes Foundation, Inc. (CLF) is a 501(c)3 domestic nonprofit providing grass root's service's to the Breast Cancer Community serving as navigators to patients, survivors, caregivers, and families, with provisions for household expenses, health and wellness, educational opportunities, and assistance from onset of diagnosis to the first year of recovery, to celebrating survivorship, support group referrals, job referrals, work-life, balance, and training for re-entry into workforce options.

We provide a team of experienced volunteers/researchers/youth interns well versed in technology, great social skills, compassionate, kind, smart, attentive  with year(s) of experience working closely with patients survivors/family(s) from all demographics, providing assistance  through the tumultuous layers of applications required when seeking financial resources from charities/foundations, deadlines.
