Cherish Dance Company

Founded in the spring of 2021, Cherish is a modern dance company bringing our unique blend of powerful movement and storytelling to the vibrant Atlanta arts scene. Our productions include multi-character, in-depth explorations of music and personal experience. Our repertoire stems from Horton and Graham-based modern and has been included in many local performances such as NACHMO Atlanta, Fall for Fall & Spring for Spring Dance Festivals, Artz'N Park Dance Festival, ARTucker, Decatur Arts Festival, NotATypical Festival, Lawrenceville's Evening of the Arts, Get Up and Dance! Annual Showcase, Gwinnett Dance Project's Spring Showcases, and multiple DanceATL A.M. Collaborative programs. Our mission is to light up our audiences with imagination and courage, and remind our community of the deep connections between us. Our monthly open classes are a way for us to support our community--to uplift, train, and inspire others, and give them a safe space to be creative.
