Collaborating Minds LLC is a trusted mental health and wellness practice serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout Gwinnett County. Founded in 2023 and led by a double board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatric mental health and family medicine, the practice offers compassionate, evidence-based care through both telemedicine and in-person services.
