ReClif

ReClif is a fitness-based therapy center designed to empower individuals with autism. Conceptualized by Reece Blankenship, a non-speaking autistic who communicated via letter board his vision to help himself and others on the spectrum, ReClif offers unique solutions to the question of autism. We offer *state of the art training, *functional fitness for all ages and abilities, *presumption of competence. The culture at ReClif is built upon positive and progressive interactions between our staff and your family. We provide a wide variety of individualized services and work to create custom sessions that maximize the client’s time and ability. Besides one on one Special Fit (adaptive crossfit), we offer FITLIGHT® training system and Interactive Metronome sessions. FITLIGHT is designed to train the body and the brain, improving reaction time, mental accuracy, sensory processing and other neurocognitive attributes. Interactive Metronome® (IM) is an evidence-based training and assessment tool that is proven to improve cognition, attention, focus and memory. By training the connection with what your eyes see, and your ears hear, and what your brain processes and how your body reacts, FITLIGHT® and Interactive Metronome are designed to improve all elements of human performance.
