At Soft Skills Zone, LLC, we spend our time investing in people to close the soft skills gap.  We have 20+ years of experience teaching courses in professionalism, team work and collaboration, communication, DISC personality profiles, critical thinking, leadership, and other interpersonal skills.   Our modules meet the needs of the multi-generational workforce, and we offer:

• In person Instructor-led soft skills training and remote online, self-paced courses
• Online DISC personality assessments for adults, teens, and youth; in English with some versions in Spanish and French
• Training, digital badges, and a soft skills assessment for learners to earn a Soft Skills Credential
• Workforce development consulting services
