The Block Community Outreach, Inc

The mission of The Block is to break down the barriers that prevent children living in poverty from accessing essential resources and opportunities to allow them to succeed and lead a fulfilling life. We serve local children with our food programs, providing school supplies, our free food and hygiene pantry, unhoused outreach, partnering with the local schools, and our afterschool program focused on social and emotional learning, Kids @ The Block. Everything that The Block is centered in relationship and dignity. The families we serve are family to us and we believe everyone, no matter their circumstances, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
