Here, we celebrate the power of movement through our nationally acclaimed competitive program (THE LAB) and our prestigious recreational program. DANCE LAB is a dance studio in Suwanee that emphasizes the importance of technical dance training, exploring creative movements, and building a community through dance. We are dedicated to providing quality dance training in an encouraging and motivating environment. We want to make a difference in the lives of our students, knowing that although all of them may not continue dancing beyond our walls, they will carry with them a legacy of strength, resiliency, artistry, and teamwork!

At our 2026 National Championship competition in Orlando, THE LAB brought home two National Championship titles that reflect our dedication, teamwork, and countless hours of training and rehearsals. THE LAB was also recognized for our creativity and artistry by receiving Choreography of the Year. Additionally, THE LAB is proud to have received Studio Excellence in Musical Theater. 

Dance LAB is dedicated to instilling a deep work ethic, team work skills, camaraderie, and artistic expression in each and every dancer. Our goal is to assist young artists in their creative journey, while educating dancers with tools and resources to be successful in any aspect of life.
