9Round offers a 30 minute whole body kickboxing workout. It's nine rounds, 3 minutes per round with 30 second interactive rest between rounds. A trainer is always included, the workout changes everyday, and you can come in anytime we are open (Last workout starts 30 minutes before close).  A new round starts every 3 minutes, so you're never late for a workout.
