Who We Are

The Chafin philosophy of providing “more” rings true in all our new home communities. Our homes are constructed under the combined guidance of brothers, Eric and Daryl Chafin. The brothers are repeat winners of the Gold Professionalism Award, presented by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Association. With over 30 years of experience in the home building industry, the Chafin brothers have an impressive portfolio of well-built communities to show off throughout Georgia.

Since 1996, Chafin Communities has received over 100 OBIE awards, which are the highest level of recognition given by the Atlanta housing industry. The OBIE awards represent quality construction, design, innovation, and industry achievement.

What We Do

Chafin Communities builds a variety of single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. These homes are built in various neighborhoods that are central to many lifestyle needs of today’s buyers. Our homes are located and accessible to major highways, grocery stores, shopping, and great school districts. 

But most importantly our homes are built to maintain a level of affordability within today’s market. Providing more affordable homes allows for teachers, firefighters, nurses, and others to own the American dream while not being priced out of the market. 

We are always learning and expanding our horizons as a new home builder. Introducing new technologies and products into our homes separates us from other builders. Our team is constantly innovating internally.  The “more” we innovate our ideas of our floor plans, amenities, or suppliers the “more” we can give back to our homeowners.
