I’m kelly johana delgado i grew up in a tipically colombian family, my grandmother had a character that marked the way in wich i have developed over these years in my passion for traditional cooking and good eating, but above all it woke up in me the beautiful feeling of sharing an exquisite traditional dish at our family table it is precisely this concept of family sharing that motivated me since i was child becouse of rhis passion for traditional COLOMBIAN cuisine well, When shi was in her kitchen, as her assistant, something very regular in COLOMBIA, the granddaughter helped her grandmother could at my young age perceive more than the recipes it was the way sehe did it and the enthusiasm that she placed in each preparation of her dishes in return I expected them to suck their fingers an eat EVERYTHING a general rule at the table fo COLOMBIANS throughout these 30 years of experience in the field of gastronomy an together with my husband Jhonny Acosta, we decided to create the delight of the grandmother a restaurants inspired by the ORIGINS of the COLOMBIAN traditional today, 6 years after openingour doors to the public , every time WE observe the tables enjoying the dishes of our grandmother that happiness is always around a table a good dish and a great company.
