About Sweets by Shanice, LLC

Sweets by Shanice, LLC is a custom cake shop based in Duluth, Georgia. Shanice Bryan, owner and baker, was inspired by her grandmother’s love and talent for baking. After spending much time in the kitchen with her grandmother and learning from her delightful recipes, Shanice decided to open her own custom cake shop right from her home. She started out by creating the same classic southern recipes her grandmother taught her that everyone loved. Her Classic Buttermilk Pound Cake and Red Velvet Cake were number one sellers!

Today, Shanice has advanced into creating custom cakes that show her creative flare and still showcases that same southern flavor! Although the business has her name, she doesn’t do this alone. She has a partner that not only helps out in the kitchen but is also her designated taste tester. In 2019, Shanice married, her now husband, Jonathan and what was once a solo business became a family business!
