Dr. Martin is one of the first orthopedic in the country who has been fellowship trained in both pediatric and sports medicine and the first to reside in Georgia.  She is the first fellowship-trained pediatric sports medicine orthopedist in Georgia and has a certificate of added qualification.

Among pediatric orthopedic conditions, Dr. Martin has expertise in congenital disorders like scoliosis, clubfoot deformities, and limb length inequality. She has performed more ACL reconstruction surgeries on skeletally immature pediatric patients than anyone in Georgia, and her skills in handling complex pediatric orthopedic conditions were featured on a Discovery Channel documentary.
