Team Rehabilitation Duluth

Team Rehab Duluth is focused on providing the highest quality patient centered experience to help each individual heal in the way which best suits their needs. The physical therapists at this location are equipped to treat both the orthopedic and neurological populations, with each individual clinician providing their own specific specialties and skills with each evaluation and treatment session. 

At this location, there are currently four Licensed Physical Therapists: 

• Mack Phillips, PT, DPT, CMTPT, Cert. VRS - who also operates as this clinic director 
• Christopher Nguyen, PT, DPT
• David Nguyen, PT, DPT
• Julie Tran, PT, DPT

The Patient Administrative Coordinator is Marissa Sanchez, and the Assistant Patient Administrative Coordinator is Chhabika Basnet. The team of techs consist of David Martinez-Yanez, Amy Rodriguez, Daniel Bandeira, and Tristan Nguyen. The clinic's ability to operate as effectively and successively as it does relies on the expertise and drive of each of these listed individuals.
