Ursula KNOWS Gwinnett... she grew up here. 

Ursula's background is different than your average real estate agent.  With 17 years in the residential real estate business Ursula has seen the highs and lows of real estate and has been able to assist her clients in navigating through the process with calmness and clarity.  Her background in marketing, interior design and construction really helps her clients when buying their new home including the new construction home look for whats important and also with her sellers in getting their home ready for sale and showing it in its best light.  She understands motivations and what is needed in all situations and makes it her mission to make this process fun and exciting with as little drama as possible for her clients. 

To carry a real estate license only takes 75 hours of training.  For someone to paint your fingernails it takes over 1500. Ursula believes in being fully educated and carries the majority of designations and specialties out there.   

Ursula is a 100% referral agent which is very rare these days.  What that means for others is that she treats her clients so well they tell everyone about her.  She doesnt pay for your information to be sold to her like many agents do from those popular real estate websites.  Ursula believes in treating her clients as she would want to be treated.
