Dream Chasers 21

Dream Chasers 21 Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in need throughout our community. We provide essential resources such as food, furniture, and clothing, with a special focus on supporting seniors, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Our outreach includes annual Back-to-School Drives, ensuring children are equipped with the supplies they need to succeed, as well as Christmas toy distributions to bring joy to children during the holiday season.

We are proud to have been recognized by Fox5 News, Channel 11 Alive, the Gwinnett Daily Post, and honored with the NextDoor 100 Award for our service and commitment.

In partnership with Hearthside Lawrenceville, a senior living facility, we build meaningful relationships with residents by hosting holiday meals, playing games, and providing companionship.
