GWG envisions a Georgia where no mother feels alone, no child goes without care, and every family has the resources, education, and support they need. Our future is one where maternal mortality rates are no longer among the highest in the nation, where access to prenatal care is equitable, and where families can rely on a seamless network of services. Our vision is a fully integrated care model where medical services, mental health counseling, education, and practical support are woven together, ensuring that patients experience whole-person care.   Georgia consistently ranks among the highest states in the nation for maternal mortality and birth-related complications. Disparities in care driven by race, geography, and socioeconomic status leave too many mothers and babies without the help they need.
