Changing the Way We View and Treat Addiction Care

Navigate Recovery Gwinnett is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization helping individuals and families affected by addiction find support, overcome barriers, and build lasting recovery. Through three distinct programs, we provide compassionate, practical care across every stage of the recovery journey.

Lifeline partners with local Hospitals to support individuals following an overdose or other high-risk substance use events including alcohol. Trained peer recovery coaches provide immediate, judgment-free support, connect patients and their loved ones with recovery resources, and offer continued follow-up for up to one year.

Safe Harbor provides free, individualized services for people in recovery and their families, friends, and supporters. Services include peer recovery coaching, support and educational groups, training, community education, social activities, and creative programs. There are multiple fellowship and peer led programs throughout the week for supplemental support as well.

Lightway is a long-term residential addiction recovery and wellness program in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Its peer-led, whole-person approach supports women—including eligible expectant and postpartum mothers—as they pursue lasting physical, mental, and spiritual wellness in a safe, welcoming environment. 

Together, these three programs provide hope, connection, and meaningful support for individuals and families impacted by addiction.
