About KCI OF GEORGIA, INC.

Incorporated in 1991, with our home office in Lawrenceville, Georgia, we are located in a small business park, with easy access to the interstate systems that serve the Metro-Atlanta area.  We also have a sales and service office in Savannah, Georgia.  All of our technicians are certified.  Our on-going training programs assure each customer that they can rely on real and accurate information, when it comes to the condition of their overhead cranes and hoists.  Each technician drives a company furnished service vehicle, complete with its own trailer and man-lift.  And there is no additional charge for the man lift; it is built into our hourly rates.  At KCI of Georgia, Inc. we are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.  Our staff of maintenance and support personnel is dedicated to COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! 

KCI of Georgia, Inc. (formerly Kueffer Crane & Hoist Service, Inc.) was incorporated in January 1991.  We began by renting space in the basement of an office building, but out-grew the space in the matter of a couple of years.  Today, we are located in our own 6,600 square foot facility, in a small business park, with easy access to the interstate systems that serve the Metro-Atlanta area. Our late owner (and captain), Mitchell A. Kueffer, had over 30 years of experience in the overhead crane and hoist industry.  He worked for manufacturers such as Whiting Corporation, Jervis B. Webb Company, American Monorail and Kone Cranes.  Today we continue to operate KCI based on the principals and high standards put in place by Mitchell Kueffer. 

There are other crane and hoist companies.  Most of them are trying to create an image.  WE BELIEVE IN LIVING THAT IMAGE!  Our staff of maintenance and service personnel is dedicated to COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!  We are on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  With our trained and highly qualified technicians, backed by our service coordinators and parts analysts, we are in a unique position to respond promptly and efficiently to your needs.
