 Here at Aroma Desserts we specialize in structural custom cakes and edible art, known for gravity-defying designs, moving elements, and luxury celebration cakes.

I have taught cake decorating and sculpting classes in the U.S. and internationally, including in Colombia, and regularly host hands-on workshops for cake artists and beginners. My work has been featured by brands and publications including ⁠Satin Ice, ⁠Marvelous Molds, Cake Central, Voyage ATL, Bold Journey Magazine, Canvas Rebel, and Cake Collaborator Magazine.

I was also a 1st Place winner in the Wilton Summer Cake Challenge and have participated in major cake collaborations and industry events. 

For over 13 years, I’ve created custom cakes for weddings, luxury events, celebrity celebrations, and large-scale themed experiences.
