Gwinnett Clinic is a primary care and multi-specialty outpatient medical group which has served over 400,000 families in metro Atlanta since 1983. Our medical team has experience and expertise in family medicine, internal medicine, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, asthma, allergies and immunology, neurology, orthopedic surgery and physical therapy.

Known to have metro Atlanta's most trusted physicians, Gwinnett Clinic has 16 locations in Gwinnett County and one location in N. Fulton County (Johns Creek). Our patients have premier access to our doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants so they do not have to wait several days, or even weeks, to be seen.
