Squeaky's Aquatics

Squeaky's Aquatics is a locally owned, independent aquarium and specialty pet store serving Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta area from our Lawrenceville location. Built by longtime hobbyists, our goal is to provide the selection and expertise of a specialty store while remaining welcoming and approachable for everyone from first-time aquarium and reptile keepers to experienced hobbyists.

Freshwater and saltwater aquatics are at the heart of Squeaky's. We offer freshwater and marine fish, corals, invertebrates, bettas, aquatic plants, aquariums, filtration, lighting, foods, water care, equipment and an extensive selection of aquarium supplies and specialty products. Whether someone is putting together a first aquarium, creating a planted freshwater display, or building a full reef system, we want customers to have a local resource they can rely on throughout the life of their aquarium.

Responsible livestock care is an important part of how we operate. Our fish go through a dedicated in-house quarantine process before being released for sale, supported by a quarantine facility designed for isolation, observation, treatment and acclimation. We believe healthy livestock, good husbandry and honest guidance give both the animal and its new owner the best opportunity for long-term success.

Squeaky's is also expanding to serve Gwinnett's reptile and herpetofauna hobbyists, offering reptiles and other specialty animals along with habitats, lighting, heating, foods, substrates, décor and care supplies. As with aquatics, our focus is on helping customers understand the needs of the animals they bring home rather than simply making a sale.

Most of all, we want Squeaky's to be Gwinnett's local destination for aquatics and specialty pet keeping: a place to explore the hobby, discover something new, ask questions, solve problems and find both everyday necessities and products that can be difficult to find locally.
