We believe in the therapeutic power of play and how meaningful it can be in the healing process. Play isn’t just for children, it can help clients of all ages express emotions, explore difficult experiences, and communicate in ways that may feel easier than words alone. Therapy can be creative, engaging, and still lead to meaningful change.

We also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brainspotting to meet each client’s unique needs. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’re here to help you or your child grow, heal, and move forward.
