 We believe in the powers of play and how impactful it can be in therapy sessions. No matter your age, play can be integrated in sessions to help you express and explore your emotions in creative and fun ways.  We can work together to navigate challenging situations while bringing joy to the process. The thought of facing tough feelings and past situations may be frightening, but it doesn't have to be. We are going to take our time to work through your emotions to go deeper into creating change through Play. Other Therapy approaches  include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting.
