The Fells Firm

The Fells Firm is a small firm, but we pride ourselves on the quality of representation we provide. I decided to start my own firm because I saw a need to help people beyond what the public defender’s office could provide. In the time I’ve been practicing, I have successfully defended several types of criminal cases including, but not limited to: Murders, probation revocations, DUI’s, assault, battery, terroristic threats, and possession of marijuana cases; things ranging from major felonies to minor traffic offenses.  Yes, there is strength in numbers; however, it is often the little things that matter the most; because our firm is small, we only take on a limited number of cases. This affords us the opportunity to dedicate the necessary time and attention to details larger firms and/or public defender offices might miss. 

We are very familiar with the facts of every case we have. We communicate with our clients and their loved ones every step of the way, keeping them informed on how the case is progressing. And last, but not least, we advocate for you as though justice depends on it because we are passionate about what we do.
