Stephanie is a 2-time cancer survivor now 19 years clean. It was this passion for health through nutrition that led her to become a Certified Health Coach 2014 through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (DSWI). She was trained to help individuals and groups achieve their health and wellness goals by providing science-based, trusted nutritional information, positive encouragement and motivation. Her strong nutritional training was later enhanced as she became a Master Certified Health Coach in 2016 to acquire advanced training, tools and resources also through DSWI.

Stephanie became a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach 2017 and is a member of the International Consortium of Health and Wellness Coaches. The NBC-HWC is the highest-level training available to health coaches in America by Board of Medical Examiners. Her NBC-HWC certification is the foundation of her success using coaching methods such as motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry to assess the stages of change, and improve client behavior modification. Stephanie created a 7-week Individual Coaching Program (ICP) and a 3-phase health initiative designed to move with clients through a step-by-step process using advanced nutritional coaching and utilizing full access to resources and tools to support them throughout the entire coaching process. She is a coach to coaches around the world through her Coach2coach training for health practitioners.
