In September 2020, she was recruited to join Ansley Real Estate, Christie's International Real Estate, where she established the Kelly Kim Team. Under her leadership, the team became the number one Team in the Ansley Buckhead office for four consecutive years.

In 2022 alone, they successfully closed and recorded sales for 302 units, achieving over $200 million in sales volume.

Kelly established Kelly Kim Real Estate LLC in September 2024, though her office has been located in downtown Suwanee since 2020.
