The Ohana Adult Day Health Program is a safe place where seniors and disabled adults can go during the day, while their family caregivers go to work or get a much-needed break. We provide therapeutic and recreational activities that stimulate cognitive functioning and deter decline. Our mission is to maximize the independence and overall well-being of our members, allowing them to remain active participants within the community.
We cook & serve nutritious meals daily, as we are a part of the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Our nursing staff assists with personal hygiene, health monitoring, and medication administration for those who need it.
Many of our members have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and other related dementias, so our program tailors to their needs.
Our goal is to provide a comfort zone for our elderly and disabled adult population. We strive to "LIVE OUR BEST LIVES."
Payment Methods: Private Pay, Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP/CCSP/SOURCE), Veterans Administration (VA).
"*We are an equal opportunity provider."
