Accent Roofing Service “the leakSmith” Is a family owned and operated residential and commercial roofing company.   Tommy Scribbins is the founder and president, his son Phillip Scribbins is the general manager. Several other members of the family are active in the business . 

 Tommy worked his way through college by Roofing, acquired his masters in industrial engineering at the University of Iowa, then moved to Atlanta Georgia and started working for an engineering firm. After a few years working  in corporate America Tommy decided to return to the  roofing business. All of that happened back in 1989.  Tommy and his wife Kathy started the business from a little house in Norcross Georgia. From there they opened an office on Burns Road in Lilburn where they remained for several years. Today nearly 30 years later our headquarters is  across from the Lawrenceville airport.  The business was started with a focus on leak repair, but has developed over the years to a roofing company that offers roof replacement of multiple types of material, insurance assessments and assistance, siding repairs, fascia and soffit work, and chimney work. We also have an on staff licensed Public Adjuster Who assists homeowners in acquiring fair and reasonable settlements for storm damage claims. We still maintain a dedicated repair department to help home owners  Who have leaks but are not quite ready for a new roof. This is something that the bulk of roofing contractors in Atlanta have gotten away from, but the “The leaksmith” has continued and will always have a dedicated repair department. 

About five years ago Phillip got back into the business after college and a stent in the Army. Since then he has helped  Accent Roofing Service to become one of if not the most highly rated roofing company in the Atlanta Metro area. We strive each day and each job to give our customers the best contractor experience that they have ever had.
